SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days. Please allow up to 7 business days after your order is confirmed to receive your order.

Tracking information will be sent to you after your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing. Once your tracking number is received, track your order using usps tracking system.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the hygienic nature and high demand for our products, all sales are FINAL, and no refunds are allowed on any grounds. Customers must complete all return requests within seven days of receipt to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified. The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition(resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored, or altered in any way(Original ties must remain intact as the customer received it). Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide us with your order number and multiple photos of the damaged product/s.
